• We will ask European commission for budget/subsidy via European innovation council. This budget will be given to associations that help to deliver stuff, that is needs to improve the adoption of innovation within our industry. And for people that help to run EUBIN.
• Once a month we come together to speak about the daily problems. To understand better the hurdles and developments on an EU and country level to drive innovation forward. You will get the opportunity to tell what is happening in your country and what is needed to support.
• Database creating with innovation overviews with all nationalities adopted, everybody can use this database for free
• We bring arguments to the European innovation council about innovation in construction and real estate.
• Bringing the voices together from different countries in Europe by building a strong association. This will create a strong network.
• We try to create value for all partners. So please ask what EUBIN can do for you to make you better. If you want to organize something in the name from EUBIN, we will help you to make money.

During MIPIM 2024 we organized the frst ever Global ESG Awards specially for real estate. During acouple of months we scouted together with the EUBIN partners for solutions and corporate real estate leaders. The Global ESG Awards have been established to recognize the dedication of companies (PropTech, CleanTech, ConTech) and individuals in the construction and real estate industry with regard to ESG.
